Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. How to Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@Ei8ht.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  4. Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@Ei8ht.com.au to reserve the new item and receive return instructions for the original item.

  5. Non-returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@Ei8ht.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
