Returns Policy
We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event that the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. This timeframe encompasses the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), the processing time on our end (3 to 5 business days), and the period it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
To initiate a return, please log into your account, navigate to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will inform you via email once your return has been received and processed.
Shipping
We offer international shipping for most of our products, although some restrictions may apply to certain items and destinations.
Upon placing your order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and your chosen shipping options. Please note that shipping date estimates may also be available on the shipping quotes page, depending on the selected shipping provider.
It is important to note that our shipping rates are based on weight. Consistent with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full dollar.
Please be aware that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is returned due to being defective.
