Returns Policy
We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event that the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. This timeframe encompasses the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), the processing time on our end (3 to 5 business days), and the period it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
To initiate a return, please log into your account, navigate to the "Complete Orders" section under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will inform you via email once your return has been received and processed.
